INVESTATI Terms of Service
1) Who we are
INVESTATI (legal name: INVESTATI LLP, company no. LLP0034621-LGN, registered at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) provides the JINN Quantitative Trading and Execution Engine (the "Service"), an invite-only indicator and related tools for use on TradingView. Contact: operations@investati.com.
2) What this agreement covers
These Terms govern your purchase and use of the Service, our website(s), documentation, and any related communities (e.g., Discord) (together, the "Offering"). By purchasing, requesting access, or using any part of the Offering, you agree to these Terms.
3) Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18+ and capable of forming a contract.
You must have an active TradingView Premium or higher (Expert, Elite, Ultimate) account and submit a Request access on our public invite-only listing. We approve requests after successful payment and verification.
You are responsible for keeping your TradingView username, Discord account, and any webhook secrets secure.
4) License; restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use JINN on your TradingView account during your paid term.
Prohibited: resell, share, sublicense, copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract any source code or logic; post, stream, or redistribute JINN signals or screenshots for commercial purposes; circumvent invite-only controls; use for unlawful activity.
All intellectual property in JINN and our materials remains with INVESTATI.
5) No investment advice
JINN is a trading technology suite and educational tooling. It does not provide personalized investment advice, recommendations, or discretionary management.
6) Paper-first requirement
Before enabling any live trading, you agree to paper-trade for at least one (1) week to validate your prescribed trading order preferences based on JINN's configuration. You control all instruments, parameters, and any connections to third-party bridges/brokers.
7) Subscriptions, renewals, and access
Plans are billed [Monthly] in until canceled.
No refunds: All fees are non-refundable and non-creditable once charged, except where required by law. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until period end.
On failed payment, chargeback, or breach, we may revoke TradingView access and suspend the license.
8) Delivery and onboarding
After payment and a valid TradingView Request access, we approve within 12 hours. You can then add JINN via Indicators → Invite-only scripts. User guide material will be provided.
9) Automation, bridges, and brokers
Integrations (e.g., TradersPost, SignalStack, Autoview, webhooks, brokers) are third-party services. We do not control their uptime, fills, or pricing, and we do not place orders on your behalf. You are solely responsible for API keys, order details, and compliance with local laws.
10) Performance and risks
Trading involves risk of loss, including loss of principal. Examples, backtests, screenshots, and walk-forward studies are illustrative and may be hypothetical. Past performance is not indicative of future results. No profit or performance guarantees.
11) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- abuse rate limits or create duplicate/looping alerts
- attempt to bypass user limits, access controls, or security features
- use the Offering to create a competing product
- share paid materials, Quick Starts, or templates publicly without permission
12) Support
We provide reasonable support via [Discord/email] during business hours of Malaysia Time (MYT, UTC +08:00). Target response is within one (1) business day. Note: MYT has no daylight savings; your local time may shift when your region changes DST. Support scope excludes custom coding, brokerage troubleshooting, or third-party outages.
13) Changes
We may update JINN (features/parameters) or these Terms to improve security, accuracy, or compliance. Material changes will be posted with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14) Disclaimers; limitation of liability
The Offering is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, INVESTATI and its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, data loss, or indirect/special/consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility.
15) Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless INVESTATI from claims, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Offering, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.
16) Termination
You may cancel anytime by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend access for breach, fraud/abuse, or legal risk. On termination, your license ends and TradingView access may be revoked.
17) Governing law; venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict rules. Courts in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.
