This Privacy Policy explains how Investati ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our websites, purchase subscriptions, join our Discord, or access the JINN invite‑only indicator on TradingView (the "Services").
Data we collect
Account and contact: name, email, TradingView username, Discord ID/handle, billing country and address.
Billing: payment method details are processed by our processor (Stripe)—we receive tokens/last4, amounts, and status, not full card data.
Usage and technical: Device/IP (for security)
Communications: support emails, Discord messages, form submissions.
